Receptionist – Leopold Hotel Sheffield
The Leopold Hotel opened in June 2007 as Sheffield's first boutique hotel and a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
The hotel has 90 bedrooms, fitness suite, 4 conference rooms and the Leopold bar with outside terrace.
In the role you will be required to carry out all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in/check-out), respond to a wide range of guest requests and promote hotel facilities, manage invoicing payments and cash operations during your shift and take reservations and conference enquiries out of office hours.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
