Our Meeting Space in Sheffield
We have a selection of four suites to hold your meeting, event, ceremony, or conference. Each suite has natural daylight, unlike many basement-level meeting rooms whose artificial light can be tough for attendees. Our spaces are comfortable and functional spaces suitable for all types of events with a little extra-special Leopold Hotel class and style. Each suite offers complimentary Wi-Fi as does the bar and lounge area which is located on the ground floor. Hire of a meeting room includes complimentary chilled water, attendee stationery, sweets and high speed Wi-Fi. We are happy to customise any of our meeting spaces to your meeting specification, style and can accommodate social distancing as required.
Bessemer Suite is ideal for small meetings and interviews. We can accommodate up to 20 delegates theatre style, 6 delegates with 2 metres of social distancing and 12 delegates with 1-metre of social distancing.
Our Faraday Suite is a boardroom space ideal for small group discussions and meetings. It’s often used as a breakout space for larger meetings, allowing delegates to regroup, discuss or break into groups. It can accommodate up to 20 delegates in theatre style
Our Oak Suite is a larger, more impressive meeting space with classic décor and style. This beautiful oak-panelled room used to host the Central Technical School Board of Directors. Its elegant decor is perfect for memorable meetings, boardroom discussions and civil partnerships and ceremonies. With dimensions of 72.7m2, the Oak Suite can accommodate up to 75 delegates or ceremony attendees.
The Library is a 50.4m2 space, ideal for a less formal civil partnership ceremony or a brainstorming space for large meetings.
Catering for your Meeting
We’re happy to arrange a bespoke catering arrangement for your meeting event. Day delegate packages are available from just £28.00 per person. We cater for vegetarians, vegans, people with gluten-free diets and coeliacs. For a less formal setting, your guests and organisers can enjoy fresh and delicious food options in the Lounge Bar, whilst taking in the gorgeous view of Leopold Square. We offer a wide range of hot dishes and handmade pizzas from Italy, by real master pizzaiolos. Light bites are available in the bar and lounge area from 12.00pm-9.00am.
